The owner Louie has been providing Richmond Virginia and all other surrounding areas with asphalt services for over 40 years. He established this paving business in 1978 and is a fully insured and licensed paving contractor. Louie and his son Phillip are partners in the business specializing in asphalt maintenance making sure their number one priority is customer satisfactory!

Roadmaster Paving has been providing services of all kinds. Driveways, sealcoating, parking lots, crack repairs, patching, line striping, and snow removal. We also provide gravel delivery and installation. All services are available all year round.
